¡VIVA MEXICO!

This month, the country of Mexico celebrates Día de la Independencia, on September 16. Today is a custom known as Noche del Grito. The city of Santa Ana had a Hispanic Street Fair to celebrate the occasion. It was held in downtown Santa Ana, on 4th street. It was fun, with street vendors, and lots of music, and free stuff.

I also became a Junior Police Officer. I received my badge. This is my squad car. It has all the essentials in case of an emergency; sippy cup, food holder, and diaper bag.

Some time during the festivities, a dragon got loose

I had to run and warn all of the people!

It would not be a fiesta without the girls from Excélsior. They gave out free balloons. It was a fun day!

A visit with some friends

Mommy had a visit from her friend Karen. I also had a visit with my friend Diane. We played for a while. We had fun playing, and running from room to room.

Visited Grandma and Grandpa Today

I went to Grandma and Grandpa's house today. It was fun. They have lots of toys to play with and let me eat candy. I like to play with Daddy's old Tonka trucks. Here is a picture of the boys. Frankie was fussy.

Happy Birthday Frankie

This is my little brother Frankie! He is one week old today. He is a great little brother. He doesn't say much yet. He weighed in at 7 lbs and 15 ozs. He was 20 inches long.

His Binki is really big.

He likes to sleep alot, which Mommy and Daddy say is just fine with them.

I visited Mommy and Frankie in the Hospital.

This is Frankie's girlfriend. She was born on the same day at the hospital where Frankie was born. She is the sister of my buddy Kian.

I can't wait until Frankie grows bigger, so we can go on adventures and have fun together.

End of Summer

Summer is coming to a close and I want to get in as much swimming as I can. Earlier this summer I learned to swim and splash at the community pool. That's Matt, he helped me learn how to swim. That's Daddy helping me. Because today was a Saturday I went swimming again.






















I had lots of fun. I like to wear Zinka. It's fun to put it on. It's like face paint, it's good practice Daddy says for when I grow up to be a Navy SEAL.
